About Participating in Exhibitions Overseas:

We provide Chinese enterprises the service of participating in exhibitions overseas.including location reservation, location putting up, staff visa, travel arrangements, products shipment and so on. We are able to reduce the exhibition cost greatly for enterprises through our professional exhibition consultants’ control of all steps.

1. Location Reservation
Price of location depends on the reserving time, because reservation of the next exhibition begins immediately after the current one according to the international practice. The price will be higher and higher when the time is drawing nearer to the curtain-up of the next exhibition. Even 6 months before the curtain-up, there will be no locations any more. As a result, if an enterprise can prepare the reservation very well, it will save cost and has enough time to apply for visas for staff and ship products.

Reserving time: we begin to reserve locations for the next exhibition immediately after the current one. The time limit is within 2 months after the current exhibition.

2. Location Putting up
We offer the service of putting up locations for enterprises participating in exhibition overseas. We have a professional team in designing and putting up locations so that we are able to offer standard locations and special decorated ones. We offer special discounts to enterprises which apply for locations through us as a result of reducing cost of putting up for them.

3. Travel Service
We supply travel service to enterprises participating in exhibitions overseas which includes offering international round-trip tickets, reserving hotels, accommodation, transportation and visit after the exhibition. We will set prices according to the amount of people in delegations.

4. Products Shipment
We offer the service of shipping products. We are able to transport the products to exhibition booths on time and with low cost in cooperation with the shipping companies.

5. Dealing with staff visa
We offer service of dealing with staff visas. We can provide all the approval documents of the relative task for a visa and help enterprises reserve time for face to face visa interviews.
